A Herenboerderij is a cooperative farm made up of around 200 households. Together with professional farmers, you grow your own food with care for the soil and nature, without artificial fertilizers or pesticides. The farmer is employed by the cooperative, but every member can contribute. You can help on the land or join one of the many working groups. Each Herenboerderij, including our initiative group, is based on the three pillars and seven guiding principles of the Herenboeren concept.
