Brandevoort has a village feel in a neighborhood. We want it to stay that way — and grow. By making it easier for neighbors, organizations, volunteers, and local businesses to find each other, we make sure nobody misses out on a good event or a good neighbor.
We get to know each other, not just nod hello on the street.
You decide how, when, and how much you take part.
Just moved in or lived here for thirty years — we see you.
From kids' games to carnival — Brandevoort rarely stands still.
As we got more involved with different clubs and organizations in Brandevoort, we started noticing the same challenge everywhere: reach. New residents and even long-time neighbors often did not know what was happening around them. Organizations and events struggled to find volunteers, and information was frequently outdated. More than once, events were happening right outside our house while none of the neighbors knew what it was about. That made us think: how can we change this? Since both of us have a strong background in ICT, we decided to create something that could help. An app that keeps everyone informed, makes it easier to find and join activities, and brings neighbors, organizations, and volunteers closer together. That is how InBrandevoort was born.
