Ticketing, sponsors and accessibility

Set your event as free or paid, add sponsors, and list facilities.

These optional steps make an event richer:

Ticketing

Toggle Free on or off. For a paid event you add a ticket link (where people buy) and one or more ticket categories, each with a name and description (English + Dutch), a price, and an order. Prices are shown to attendees formatted in euros.

Accessibility

Tick the facilities your event offers (for example wheelchair access). This helps attendees know if the event suits them.

Sponsors

Add sponsors — either organizations on the platform or custom ones with their own name, logo and link.
