When you manage an organization, an admin area becomes available (the cog/Managing section). From there you reach everything:

• Overview — stats and things needing your attention, like membership requests and drafts.
• Members — approve, invite and manage people.
• Events — create and manage events.
• Posts — publish updates.
• Tasks — recruit volunteers.
• Analytics — see how you're doing.
• Promote — share your events on promotion channels.
